TOPS stands for Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. We are are a guided self help group. We share recipies and strategies for sensible eating. We track our successes, and reward those most successful in losing weight, by local and statewide rewards. We meet each Wednesday at the Annex from 9:00 - 11:00 AM all year. Osceola Tai Chi Players Association

They meet in A hall at on Tuesday at 1:00 PM all year. Exercise is followed by tea. Call Jeanie Donohue at 407 738-7001 for more information. An excellent means of building core strength and improving balance.

SeniorSize

Seniorsize is limited to seniors. The group performs stretching exercises both standing and on a mat. No aerobics. Bring towels to cover the mat where you exercise. We meet all year from 8:00 to 9:00 AM in the Annex, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (All year). For more information call Jane Grim at 407 892-5775.

Fun 2 B Fit

Aerobic exercise with mats and balls. Some exercises can be strenuous. Not limited to seniors, but adults only. We meet in "A" hall on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM all year. Leader is Sherry Woods. For more information call Beverly Wilcox at 407 957-3681.

Seasoned Saints

A senior group of day trippers. They meet only as needed to plan their activities. Call Sharon Haberman at 407 325-3131.
